Founder

Quincy Howell Jr. is a certified California DOJ, USCCA & NRA firearms instructor and NRA range safety officer. His philosophy is founded in education and safety first. With over 20 years of experience shooting, he found his passion was in developing the next generation of responsible firearm owners. Each of his courses emphasizes owner safety, awareness, and knowledge. Quincy’s approach is grounded in teaching a holistic understanding and practice of end-to-end management from training, shooting, storing, and maintaining firearms.

Lawrence Enge, is a certified USCCA firearm instructor/NRA range safety officer. Seemingly, he has been dealing with firearms since he was a young child. Over the years, his hobby has grown into a passion and now a business that Ihe enjoys doing. Thus, the idea of Together We S.T.E.P was born, which stands for; together we survive, train, educate, and protect. These are the core beliefs and principles that he stands upon. Consequently, this is the concept of a team and a motto that he can stand behind. Knowingly, we win as a team; we lose as a team. In the end, we leave nothing up to chance to determine our fate only a choice to be prepared for the inevitable. In similar fashion, he choose to train himself and those around him to be prepared for what could or may happen.
